How to brown your skin (and keep it tanned) without going through the sunburn cause?
Three expert tips to follow to the letter.

Avoid sunburn!
“Apply sunscreen with an SPF adapted to your phototype. It should be done at least every two hours and after each swim and use a biodegradable cream that respects marine environments. We also avoid exposing ourselves when the sun is most intense (between 12 am and 4 pm).” Laure Calvel, Lancaster Director.
Eat a balanced diet!
“To prepare your skin for tanning, take a beta-carotene treatment! Rich in antioxidants, this “provitamin A” will stimulate the production of melanin and act against skin aging. Also focus on all orange-colored foods such as sweet potatoes, carrots, apricots, but also spinach and lamb's lettuce!” Cécile Espinasse, Head of the beauty section.
Oil yourself up after showering!
“As monoi contains no filters, I apply it at night, after getting out of the shower. On wet skin, it turns into an emulsion, spreads well and penetrates better to prolong your tan. Packed with fatty acids and the antioxidant vitamin E, it's the perfect replacement for my regular body lotion.” Jeanne Dréan, Beauty Editor
